We stayed at Bandhavgarh Lodge November 2010. Our main aim of going to Bandhavargh national park was to spot tigers and we were certainly lucky enough to get several great sightings.

Our hosts, have lived and worked in the park for many years and therefore have extensive knowledge about the area and all the wildlife. Thanks to tracking skills of our guide we did not leave disapointed - we saw 5 tigers in one morning!!

The lodge is situated in Tala, very close to the main entrance to the park and although relatively basic was very clean, comfortable and offered a seemingly endless supply of good cooked food.

We visited Bhandhavgarh in October 2010 and thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this wonderful part of India. Excellent service and dedication from Top travels team ensured that our visit was very memorable, accommodation at the Tiger den resort in Cottages that are very spacious and well equipped and the warm hospitality ensured that nothing was too much trouble during our visit.

Eating out in the open air was wonderful and whilst food is very traditional it is high quality and plentiful and compares very well with other camps visited.

This together with opportunities to visit the Bandhavgarh reserve and have close encounters with tigers we spotted 6 tigers it was a life time experience and other wildlife in their natural habitat ensured this was a visit that we will not forget in a hurry.
